Cultivating change - therapy

There is no one reason that brings someone to psychotherapy.

Sometimes it’s a response to unexpected changes in circumstances such as a loss, divorce, and other life transitions. It might be that you’re feeling that life is not as you wish it to be, or that you are struggling to get through each day due to stress, depression, illness, conflict, grief, or anxiety. Or it could be that you simply want to enhance your life, and improve your relationships with others.

My approach to psychotherapy is to be a guide enabling you to share, explore and understand thoughts and feelings, and their manifestation within your life.

Exploration of attachments and the roadblocks you uncover support us in the co-creation your personal roadmap - a blue print for transition toward your best possible life - however that looks for you.

My commitment is to work together with you to help you to explore ways in which new knowledge and insights can be adopted by you to gain healthy coping skills, and strategies for living your life more fully.
